At Ecclesia Nocturna, we are committed to providing high-quality products, services, spiritual guidance, educational offerings, and event experiences. Due to the nature of our offerings, all sales are final.
No Refunds
All purchases made through Ecclesia Nocturna, including but not limited to:
- Spiritual consultations and readings
- Ritual services and ceremonial work
- Classes, workshops, and educational programs
- Membership fees and subscriptions
- Event registrations and ticket purchases
- Digital products and downloadable content
- Handmade, custom, or blessed items
- Oils, candles, bath products, and other physical goods,
are non-refundable.
Once a purchase has been completed, no refunds, returns, exchanges, credits, or cancellations will be issued.

Scheduling and Appointments:
Clients are responsible for attending scheduled appointments, sessions, classes, and events.
Failure to attend a scheduled appointment, cancellation by the client, or late arrival does not qualify for a refund.
Rescheduling requests may be considered at the sole discretion of Ecclesia Nocturna and are not guaranteed.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders:
If you receive a physical product that is damaged during shipping or if an incorrect item was sent, please contact us within seven (7) days of delivery at info@ecclesianocturna.com
Any replacement or corrective action will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Approval of a replacement does not constitute a refund.
Exceptions:
Ecclesia Nocturna reserves the right to make exceptions to this policy in extraordinary circumstances at its sole discretion. Any exception granted shall not establish a precedent for future transactions.
